Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Stirrup, a buyer-side screening tool for horse listings operated by Nono.today (“we”, “us”). By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Stirrup.

What Stirrup is — and is not

Stirrup is a screening aid, not professional advice. It analyzes the text of a horse listing to highlight wording, gaps, and patterns that experienced buyers watch for. It does not examine the horse, and it is not veterinary, medical, legal, financial, or purchase advice. A report is one input to your own judgment — never a substitute for an in-person Pre-Purchase Examination by a qualified veterinarian, or for your own due diligence.

No warranty

Stirrup is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Reports are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. We do not warrant that any listing is genuine, that any seller is trustworthy, or that any report will identify every — or any — risk. We do not verify listings, sellers, or horses.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decisions, including whether to contact a seller, travel to view a horse, or complete a purchase. Always commission an independent in-person Pre-Purchase Exam and conduct your own checks before buying. Stirrup is intended for adults (18+).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nono.today and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a horse purchase, sale, transaction, or decision you make in connection with Stirrup. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim.

Credits & purchases

Unlocking a full report spends credits, which you can buy in credit packs. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire. App Store purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple’s terms; refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the corresponding report has been unlocked.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping or automated bulk access, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, no unlawful use, and no submitting of content you have no right to submit. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

Changes & termination

We may update the service or these Terms as the product evolves; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using Stirrup at any time and delete your data from within the app.

Governing terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Stirrup.
