What is Stirrup?
Stirrup scans a horse listing and flags what experienced buyers watch for — vague wording, missing history, and other red flags — before you commit. It's a screening aid, not veterinary advice.
Which listings work?
Stirrup currently works with HorseQuest and ehorses listings. Paste a listing URL and tap Analyze.
How do credits work?
A free preview is redacted. Spending one credit unlocks the full Deep report for a listing. You can buy credit packs in the app or on the web.
I bought credits but they didn't appear.
Purchases settle through Apple (in-app) or Stripe (web). If a charge succeeded but credits didn't arrive, email us with your purchase details and we'll sort it out.
How do I get a refund?
App Store purchases are handled by Apple — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, email us.
Is this veterinary or purchase advice?
No. Stirrup helps you ask better questions. Always commission an in-person Pre-Purchase Exam by a qualified vet before buying.
How do I delete my data?
Email us and we'll delete your reports and anonymous identifier. See our Privacy Policy for details.
